What to know before a pre-dawn departure
What hours do you run airport transport?
You can book from 19:00. Runs to Santiago International Airport take place between 23:00 and 06:00, subject to availability.
Is it a shared service?
No. The service is 100% private and never shared: the car comes for you and whoever travels with you. Comfortable, roomy cars with space for luggage.
Are you an airport taxi?
We are a private passenger transport company, not a street taxi. The practical difference: your airport run is arranged in advance, with a vetted driver assigned and a fare agreed before you get in. It does not depend on finding a free car at three in the morning.
How is the fare agreed?
We give you the fare when you ask for a quote, before the service begins. It depends on the pickup point and the time of the trip. It is a clear fare with no surprises: the price confirmed is the price you pay. It includes tolls and TAG charges.
Who will pick me up?
Every trip has a vetted, assigned driver. We send you their name and the vehicle plate when the booking is confirmed over WhatsApp, and they contact you before setting off.
Can I ask for a car at the last minute?
Yes. As well as booking ahead we run an express airport service for last-minute departures. Message or call us and we confirm on the spot, subject to availability. The express fare is given when you request a quote and may differ from a pre-booked fare.
Where do you pick me up?
Wherever you tell us. The pickup point is agreed along with the fare in the first message.
Do you drive back from the airport?
No. Our service is one-way: from the address you give us to Santiago International Airport.
How can I pay?
